Tourist tax:

Minimum stay

7 nights

Arrival/Departure

Arrival: from 4 pm
Departure: until 10:00 at the latest

 

Animals/Smoke free

Our vacation apartment is of course also suitable for allergy sufferers, for this reason we are a non-smoking accommodation! And unfortunately can not accommodate animals with us. We ask for your understanding.

 

Cleaning

The final cleaning, a set of fresh towels pro Person and bed linen are already included in the price.

 

Cancellation conditions

Should the tenant after issuance of the booking confirmation, for whatever reason, not be able to keep the booking date, the following applies. If the prevention is notified in writing no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, cancellation costs are due in the amount of the deposit, = 30%. If the 4 weeks deadline is not met, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the agreed rental price. Cancellation costs will of course only be charged for the time for which we cannot find a replacement tenant.

 

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for the unforeseeable prevention of the start of your trip or cancellation of your stay.

 

Corona - special regulation

If your vacation is not possible due to an official entry or exit ban and/or due to the classification of our region as a risk area, you can cancel free of charge until the end.
